Alex Massis' The FilmSource Company has picked up worldwide rights on Will Fredo's psychologicalthriller Compound.
John Arcilla, Janet Russ, Jake Macapagal and Liza Dido star in the English andFilipino-language tale of hidden paranoia and political intrigue in a seeminglyidyllic estate in the Philippines.
"Compound is a complexthriller that brilliantly reinvents itself as the story unfolds," The FilmSource's vice president of acquisitions Edward Jordon said.
"Just when you think you know where the movie is going, the writer-directorpulls the rug out from under you. This is definitely a most auspicious debutfrom Will Fredo. His images will remain with you for a long time."
