Tribeca Film Festival parent company Tribeca Enterprises and ESPN yesterday announced the screenings for the inaugural Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival, which will take place during the 12 days of the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival from Apr 25-May 6.

The Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival will screen 14 feature-length films including 12 world premieres, a Tribeca Talks panel, and a free, outdoor day of interactive sports-related games and demonstrations entitled Sports Saturday.

All titles have already been announced under other sections of the festival. The Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival will open on Apr 27 with the poker mockumentary The Grand starring Woody Harrelson, baseball drama The Final Season starring Sean Astin, and Diego Luna's boxing documentary Chavez.
