Nicolas Chartier's Voltage Pictures has closed multiple territories on David Arquette's directorial debut The Tripper.

Sales on the horror picture have been concluded in France (La Fabrique Du Film), CIS (Central Partnership), Benelux (Belga), Middle East (Gulf Film), Singapore (Golden Village), and Malaysia (Ram Indo).

Jamie King, Thomas Jane, Jason Mewes, Lukas Haas, Paul Reubens and Balthazar Getty star in The Tripper, which follows a group of friends as they head to a weekend rock concert and fall prey to a killer bearing an old grudge.

The picture premiered at Los Angeles' Screamfest Horror Film Festival last month and William Morris is currently in talks with US distributors.Arquette and Courteney Cox, who both have cameos in the picture, produced along with Evan Astrowsky.

Voltage Pictures is selling Kathryn Bigelow's upcoming Iraq-set action tale The Hurt Locker at AFM, along with Toronto pick-up El Cantante starring Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez, thriller While She Was Out starring Kim Basinger, and George A Romero's zombie romp Diary Of The Dead.
