Ten months after joining TheWeinstein Company as executive vice president of publicity, Liza Burnett isleaving her post to pursue other opportunities in the industry.

She will consult with thecompany until the end of the month to assist with the transition. In theinterim, senior vice president Liz Biber will oversee the Dimension publicitydepartment and Los Angeles-based publicity personnel and senior vice presidentDani Weinstein will oversee TWC's publicity department and New York publicitypersonnel.

UK-based vice presidentPaula Woods will continue to oversee international publicity, and vicepresident Sarah Rothman will continue to head corporate communications from NewYork.

"It was a privilegeworking for Bob and Harvey over the past year and I will take this incredibleexperience with me as I continue my career in film publicity," Burnettsaid in a statement.

"Liza did a terrificjob overseeing our film campaigns for the last year and we are sorry to loseher," co-chairman Harvey Weinstein added. "She is a talentedexecutive and has been a valuable member of our team. We wish her the best ofluck in her future endeavours."

During her tenure, Burnettled the publicity efforts in the transition from Miramax to TWC while managinga 23-person staff in New York and Los Angeles. She oversaw the publicitycampaigns for such releases as Hoodwinked and Transamerica andguided the company to four Oscar nominations and a Golden Globe win forFelicity Huffman.

Prior to joining TWC,Burnett spent six years at Dan Klores Communications.
