The forthcoming Screen Film Summit has added an ‘ask the funders’ panel.
The Screen Film Summit, to be held Monday 2 December at BFI Southbank, has added a special ‘meet the funders’ panel to the day’s packed agenda.
Film Summit delegates get their chance to ask questions directly to the funders from Creative England, Film4 and BBC Films. This is a rare opportunity for the UK’s major funders to be available in one place, and open to answering whatever questions you have — about procedures, what projects they fund and when, and policy of the future.
The panel participants will be Joe Oppenheimer, commissioning executive at BBC Films; Katherine Butler, Deputy head of film at Film4; and Chris Moll, head of film at Creative England.
Other hot topics at the summit will include film financing trends, convergence, working internationally and more.
