Universal's romantic comedy AlongCame Polly grossed an estimated $8.2m from 1,600 sites in 14 markets through UIP at theweekend to raise its international running total to $24.3m.
The highlights were a firstplace $1m bow in Mexico from 233 sites including previews and second place inGermany on $2.9m from 469.
The picture remained top inits second weekend in the UK, adding $3m from 370 for $8.7m, and raised itstotal in its third weekend in Brazil by $165,000 for $1.2m, ranking fourth.
The picture has 36 marketsto go, including France, Italy and Spain this upcoming weekend.
Lost In Translation stayed fifth in its fourth weekend in Spain, whereit grossed $585,000 from 143 for $4.4m. The international running total fromAustralia, Spain and Latin America is $11.5m.
