Munich-based Universum Film has picked up German rights for another four titles to add to its previous acquisition of Hideo Nakata’s psychological thriller Chatroom.
The four titles are:
- Europacorp’s production of Luc Besson’s The Extraordinary Adventures Of Adele Blanc-Sec, starring Louise Bourgoign in the title role. It is based on a series of French comics from the 1970s.
- Scott Sanders’ action comedy Black Dynamite with actor-screenwriter Michael Jai White in the lead. It premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and also screened at the Tribeca Film Festival.
- Ben Ramsey’s action drama Blood And Bone, also starring Michael Jai White and Julian Sands.
- Emily Dell’s feature debut B-Girl with Julie Urich as a breakdancer making a mark in the male-dominated hiphop world.
