Trading in Germanproducer-director Uwe Boll's publicly listed Boll AGopened at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Entry Standard on Thursday morningwith shares valued at $38.39 (Euro 30.50), above the previously fixed issueprice of $37.14 (Euros 29.50).

Boll expected to raise around $11.3m (Euros 9m) from the stock marketflotation to invest, among other things, in an international sales structurefor the handling of his own productions as well as those of third parties.Moreover, Boll AG intends to establish its own German distribution structureand handle the exploitation of rights itself.

Parallel to the preparationsfor the IPO, Boll has been in preproduction on his next two feature projects:the horror film Seed, in the style ofHostel and Saw, which will begin shooting in Vancouver on July 17, and anothervideo game adaptation, Postal,scheduled to start principal photography in September.
