The alliance creates a p&a pool for animated films and the parties have named Simon Crowe’s SC Films International as sales agent.
Former WMI co-head Cassian Elwes, PR and marketing consultant Lisa Taback and licensing attorney Geneva Wasserman will act as part of the advisory team.
“The p&a fund participation of Maloof Entertainment is a fantastic way to improve the timing and economics of our domestic and foreign distribution deals for our animated films,” Vanguard head John Williams said.
