Cinemavault has confirmed new sales on Charles Herman-Wurmfeld’s comedy The Hammer.

US rights have gone to The Weinstein Company and Comedy Central.

Other territories sold include Australia (21st Century), Eastern Europe (HBO), Greece (Village Films), Latin America (LAP TV), Brazil (Telecine), Turkey (Kanal Turk), the Middle East (Falcon), Israel (DBS), and South Africa (ETV).

The Hammer, which played in Tribeca, stars Adam Carolla as an aging, underachieving construction worker who gets a surprise shot at glory in the US Olympic trials.
