Wim Wenders has won back control of Road Movies, the production outfit he sold to the now insolvent German media group Das Werk.

Wenders and Peter Schwartzkopff, his partner in a new venture set up last year, Reverse Angle Production, have secured ownership of Road Movies Factory and will rename it Reverse Angle Factory.

The new company will be managed by Schwartzkopff and producer Ute Schneider and continue to focus on feature film and television projects from up-and-coming talent as well as international co-productions.

Lined up for production are Robinson Savary's Luxembourg-French-German-UK co-production Bye-bye Blackbird and Florian Borchmeyer's Spanish language documentary The New Art Of Making Ruins (Arte Nuevo De Hacer Ruinas) about Cuban architecture to be produced with Berlin-based raros Media.
