Warner Home Video (WHV) hasshuffled several key personnel in a bid to reallocate its global resources tomeet the changing demands of the marketplace.

Mark Horak becomes executivevice president and general manager for Canada, Latin America and Australia,Jeffrey M Brown becomes senior vice president of worldwide marketing, PhilippeCardon is named senior vice president and general manager of WHV's Europe,Middle East and African operations and Marc Gareton will head up the new GlobalBusiness Transformation Unit.

"We have been successful inbringing DVD to the forefront of the video marketplace," WHV president JimCardwell said in a statement. @;Now the challenges are not only increasing ourglobal business but also optimising our resources and upgrading out businessprocesses.

"I believe the newmanagement organisation will provide WHV with the right team to implement thesechanges and future business."

Horak, the former vicepresident of worldwide marketing, will be responsible for his region's profitand loss as well as developing DVD penetration.

Keith Hillyer will joinGareton as senior vice president of business modeling. The Global BusinessTransformation Unit will set up new and assess existing operating modelsglobally and regionally.
