WIDE Management takes on The House With A Turret

WIDE Management has boarded Eva Neymann’s The House With A Turret.

The B&W Ukrainian drama recently won the East of the West award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.

Aleksander Tkachenko produced for 1+1 Production.

Dmitriy Kobetskoy, Yekaterina Golubeva and Mikhail Veksler star in the story about a young boy and his mother on a journey to visit relatives. Their journey is halted in a poor, ruined town. The story is drawn from themes from the autobiographical story of the same name by Friedrich Gorenstein (who wrote the script for Tarkovsky’s Solaris.)

Lithuanian cameraman Rimmvydas Leipus shot the film.
