John Dahl's You Kill Me Starring Ben Kingsley and Tea Leoni will close the ninth annual CineVegas Film Festival, which runs at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas from June 6-16.

As previously announced, Ocean's Thirteen will open the event, which includes the new Mexican sidebar La Proxima Ola.

'Opening with such a classically 'Vegas' film as Ocean's Thirteen and closing with a comedy about an alcoholic hit-man, You Kill Me, is the perfect way to bookend this year's festival, which is comprised of films that share the same outlaw and risk-taking spirit that has made the city and the festival what it is today,' artistic director Trevor Groth said.

Jackpot Premieres include the world premieres of Robert Logevall's Haruki Murakami adaptation All God's Children Can Dance starring Joan Chen, Luke Eberl's political drama Choose Connor starring Steven Weber and Alex Linz, and Sol Tryon's dark comedy The Living Wake with Jesse Eisenberg.

Among entries in La Proxima Ola are the US premiere of Simon Bross' drama Bad Habits (Malos Habitos), Chavez, Diego Luna's directorial debut biopic about Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez, and Jesus Magana Vazquez' erotic tale Once Upon A Time Maria (Eros Una Vez Maria).

Diamond Discoveries - the section of previously premiered films available for US distribution - include Marshall Lewy's romantic comedy Blue State, starring Breckin Meyer and Anna Paquin, Zak Penn's poker mockumentary The Grand, and A J Schnack's documentary Kurt Cobain About A Son.
