Catherine Zeta-Jones, currently riding high on a best supportingactress Oscar nomination for Chicago, has been named ShoWest 2003's supporting actress of theyear, it was announced today (Feb 14). Zeta-Jones will collect her award at theannual Gala Awards Banquet at Bally's and Paris Hotel in Las Vegas on Mar 6.

Zeta-Jones willnext star opposite George Clooney in the Coen brothers' Intolerable Cruelty for Imagine Entertainment and Universal,where she plays a gold-digging Beverly Hills divorcee. Her screen credits todate include The Mask Of Zorro, America's Sweethearts and Traffic.
