Former Miramax andPicturehouse executive Stefan Zorich has joined Kimmel International as vicepresident of marketing and servicing and Italian market specialist MarcelloPaolillo has come aboard as director of acquisitions and distribution.

Both will report to KimmelInternational chief Mark Lindsay. Zorich arrives from Picturehouse andpreviously served as manager of domestic marketing and post-production atNewmarket Films, where his credits included Monster, The Passion Of TheChrist, and The Woodsman.

Prior to working with BobBerney he served as director of international marketing at Miramax and workedon Frida, The Cider House Rulesand Shaolin Soccer, among others.

Paolillo worked as ajournalist for the Pay-TV network Tele+ (now Sky Italia) before serving asacquisitions and production manager for Eagle Pictures, where he scouted titleslike Hero, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, and Secretary.

He also served as a NewYork-based acquisition consultant for the Italian distribution company Nexo,negotiating titles such as Fur, Sorry, Haters and Romance And Cigarettes.

The company recently soldBart Freundlich's Trust The Manto Fox Searchlight, and produced Nick Cassavetes' crime drama Alpha Dog, which closed Sundance last month and will bereleased in North American through New Line.
