Alexander grossed an estimated $4.2m through alldistributors on 1,890 screens in 52 territories at the weekend, raising itsinternational running total to $120m.

In its only major release of the weekend the epic openedin the top five in Japan through Summit Entertainment on $1.9m on 261 screens.

Alexander added $303,000 on 302 in its fifthweekend in Spain for a $14.5m running total, and raised its total in France to$10.6m. It added $628,800 in its fourth weekend in Italy through Warner Brosfor an $11.1m cumulative total there.

Elsewhere,Summit's family picture Racing Stripes raised its running total to $9.4m, powered by a $2.1m UKdebut in third place. The picture has grossed $6.2m in Australia after fiveweekends.

Around The World In 80Days currently stands on $45.8m atthe international box office, and has taken $1.2m after two weekends in Italyand $8.4m in Germany after seven.
