Justin Che has been namedvice president of international on-demand licensing and Sandra Chang has beenappointed manager of international on-demand licensing for NBC UniversalTelevision Distribution.

Both Che and Chang will bebased in Los Angeles and report to senior vice president of internationalon-demand licensing Beth Minehart.

Che will support Minehart inall aspects of on-demand licensing for NBC Universal's product outside NorthAmerica, focusing on Asia, new technologies and internet and mobile delivery.Chang's primary focus will be Europe and Latin America.

Che most recently served asvice president of international business development for NBC Universal. Hejoined Universal Studios in 1997.

Before Universal he wasmanager of deal analysis for The Walt Disney Company's motion pictures group,and also served as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen.

Chang joined the company in2004 and most recently served as manager of international business development.

Prior to NBC Universal, shewas a business development intern with E! Networks in Los Angeles, and was alsomanager of business development/subscriber marketing for Home Box Office in NewYork.
