Jane Evans has joined FocusFeatures as senior vice president of physical production, taking charge ofphysical production on all in-house projects for Focus and its genre bannerRogue Pictures as well as overseeing post production on those titles andacquisitions.

Based at the company'sManhattan offices, Evans will report to Focus chief operating officer AndrewKarpen and president of production John Lyons.

Prior to joining Focus sheserved from 1999 as senior vice president of physical production at Miramax.Before that she was director of production at HBONYC Productions, among otherposts.

"Jane is the perfect matchfor Focus," Focus co-presidents David Linde and James Schamus said in a jointstatement. "She loves the filmmaking process, she loves movies, and she trulyrespects and enjoys working with filmmakers."

Focus launches its mostambitious slate to date next year, with titles including Damien O'Donnell's RoryO'Shea Was Here, Pawel Pawlikowski'sMy Summer of Love, Adam Rapp's WinterPassing, Ang Lee's BrokebackMountain and Rogue titles such as AssaultOn Precinct 13, Unleashed and Revolver.
