The World Premiere of Danny Buday’s drama Five Star Day and an advance screening of Gary Winick’s Letters To Juliet starring Amanda Seyfried bookend the 2010 Newport Beach Film Festival.

“This year’s festival features a diverse slate of independent and studio films from around the globe, impressive in both depth and breadth,” festival executive director and CEO Gregg Schwenk said.

“Our coastal resort setting, amazing community support and strong film-maker participation authenticate the festival as the ultimate destination to experience cinema and discover new film-making talent.”

The 2010 Newport Beach Film Festival will screen more than 350 films from 47 countries and runs from April 22-30.
