I'm A Cyborg to open 31st Hong Kong Film Festival

Jacob Wong, curator of the Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF) has announced Park Chan-wook's Berlinale competition title I'm a Cyborg, but That's Okay is to open the 31st HKIFF March 19.
