Laurie Luh has been named senior director of human resources and office operations for Participant Media.

One of Participant’s original employees, Luh joined the company in July 2004. She oversees its intern programme and was recently responsible for coordinating the design and construction of Participant’s new corporate offices in Los Angeles.

She began her career at MBNA America Bank in Newark, Delaware where she supported new hire and ongoing education.
