In addition, Euros 750,000 was given to Hager Moss Film for Sherry Hormann's adaptation of Petra Hammesfahr's novel Die Suenderin and Euros 400,000 for Wolfgang Panzer's screen version of Helmut Krausser's tragiccomic Koenige Ueber Dem Ozean, while Soenke Wortmann received backing of Euros 400,000 for his Das Wunder Von Bern about the German football team's victory over Hungary in the World Cup in 1954.
