AMC Entertainment moves to acquire Kerasotes Showplace Theatres assets
AMC Entertainment has signed a deal with Kerasotes Showplace Theatres to acquire all of the latter’s assets, which includes 96 theatres and 973 screens in primarily Midwestern metropolitan markets.
