Valhalla Motion Pictures chief Gale Anne Hurd has hired the Endgame Entertainment executives Wendy Japhet as president and Anne Teixeira as creative executive.
Japhet will oversee acquisitions, development and production of Valhalla’s projects and report directly to Hurd. She most recently served as president of production and development at Endgame.
Prior to that she was senior vice president of production at Paramount Pictures where she supervised Get Rich Or Die Tryin’. Before that she ran production and development for De Line Pictures.
Teixeira was a production executive at Endgame and before that worked at Paramount Pictures as well as Nickelodeon Television in production and development.
Teixeira, along with Valhalla’s creative executive Ben Roberts and story editor Kris Henigman, will report to Japhet.

Among Valhalla’s recent credits are The Incredible Hulk and Punisher: War Zone. Hurd is an executive producer on the upcoming Lifetime Movie Network project The Wronged Man starring Julia Ormond for Sony Pictures Television.
