MPI Media Group has acquired all US distribution rights to the comedy starring Brian Posehn.
Chris Kasick directed Uncle Nick from a screenplay by Mike Demski. Errol Morris served as executive producer.
MPI brokered the deal with Submarine Entertainment and plans a late fourth quarter release.
The story centres on a lewd uncle who reunites with his equally crass sister at a Christmas gathering.
