The multi-year agreement boosts Netflix’s burgeoning catalogue with an influx of Asian cinema.

Well Go USA’s library includes action hits Ip Man (pictured), Ip Man 2, Legend Of The Fist: The Return Of Chen Zhen and The Man From Nowhere.

“This new agreement fits our expanding digital strategy and ensures our top Asian content will be exclusively available to the huge Netflix member base,” Well Go’s evp of sales and marketing Tony Vandeveerdonk said.

“We are excited to be partnering with Well Go USA on bringing great Asian movies to our members,” Lisa Nishimura, Netflix’s vp of content acquisition, added.

Well Go has acquired more than 2,000 titles worldwide since 1994 and entered North American distribution in 2005.

Upcoming releases include Little Big Soldier written by and starring Jackie Chan and A Better Tomorrow.
