XLrator Media has acquired all US rights to the psychological thriller Warhouse for release later this year. 

Luke Massey wrote and directed the film starring Joseph Morgan, Matt Ryan and William Troughton. Benjamin Read co-wrote the screenplay and produced.

Warhouse centres on a British commando who finds himself trapped in a deadly building where he must fight every day to survive.

XLrator Media head Barry Gordon and Lea Flome negotiated the deal with Jason Moring of worldwide rights holder Double Dutch International.
