Legendary Pictures head Thomas Tull told a gathering of reporters in Los Angeles on Tuesday [18] that he will decide within 60 days whether to renew his production deal at Warner Bros or move on.

Tull was speaking at a presentation of upcoming films that included the imminent Warner Bros release Pacific Rim [pictured], as well as 300: Rise Of An Empire and Spectral.

In recent weeks press reports have speculated that Tull, who is understood to want greater control of films, will land at Universal. Tull refused to be drawn on the subject and said only that he was in talks with the US majors.

Over the course of a 10-year relationship Legendary’s credits at Warner Bros include the Batman triology and 2013 releases Man Of Steel, The Hangover Part III and 42.
