Nicolas Chartier (pictured) and Zev Foreman of Voltage will produce the thriller with Killer’s Pamela Koffler and Christine Vachon.

Wentworth Miller’s original screenplay follows a woman and her family who move into an old country house that bears a dark past.

The producers are currently out to directors.

Miller’s previous screenplay Stoker stars Nicole Kidman and Mia Wasikowska and will be distributed by Fox Searchlight.

He is represented by Joanne Wiles of ICM and Lindsay Williams and Lee Stollman of The Gotham Group.
