Peter Webber has signed on to direct the new big screen version of Wuthering Heights.
Gemma Arterton and Ed Westwick are to take on the roles of young lovers Cathy and Heathcliff.
Webber will direct from a script by Olivia Hetreed. The pair previously teamed up on Girl With A Pearl Earring.
Ecosse Films Robert Bernstein and Douglas Rae will produce, while HanWay Films is handling worldwide sales.
