Beve Regas hasjoined the Los Angeles offices of Premier Public Relations (PPR), where shewill oversee international theatrical marketing and publicity campaigns for thecompany's roster of clients.

Regas willreport to PPR president Pamela Godwin-Austen, who said the new arrival'sexpertise in film and television across the independent and mainstream marketsmade her a "valuable asset" to the company.

Regas most recently worked at Eddie Kalish's entertainmentmarketing consultancy firm Ambergate Associates, where she handled domestic andinternational theatrical marketing campaigns.

Prior to thatshe held executive marketing posts at Rysher Entertainment and televisionproducer-distributor GRB Entertainment, and launched her own worldwidemarketing firm BC Consultants. Regas began her career as a marketing field representativefor AC Neilsen.

Since its launchin 2001, PPR Los Angeles' client roster has grown to encompass a broad spectrumof interests, with film clients ranging from Lions Gate and Focus Features toToho Towa, Intermedia and the Swiss Film Office.

The company mostrecently handled the 2004 Cannes Film Festival launches of House Of FlyingDaggers, 2046, and Clean.
