Chloe Sizer has joined Icon Entertainment Internationalas head of development, reporting to CEO Martin Bigham.

Sizer, who most recently served as Magic Light Pictures'head of development, will start with the company at the beginning of September2005.

Bighamcommented: "Icon's London based operations have gone through many key changesthis past year. Chloe's appointment is another major step forward in thecompanies' restructure. It has taken longer than first anticipated tofind the right candidateto take our development department forward, butin Chloe I believe we have the perfect person, who will fit well with therevamped London team".

Bigham, formerlymanaging director of technical services outfit Cineserve, joined Icon earlier this year, replacingNick Hill. Other key changes include Alex Hamilton replacing SallyCaplan as president of Icon Film Distribution in the UK.

Forthcoming Icon Entertainment International projectsinclude John Turturro's Venice competitor Romance & Cigarettes andGaby Dellal's On A Clear Day.

Darwin Awards,directed by Finn Taylor andstarring Winona Ryder and Joseph Fiennes is currently in post-production, whileIt's A Boy Girl Thing, directed by Nick Hurran abd produced by RocketPictures is currently in pre-production.

Icon is alsoproducing the recently announced Mel Gibson project Apocalypto,
