The hire was announced by DDA Public Relations executive vice president Lawrence Atkinson.
Anderson will work with corporate clients including Warner Bros Home Entertainment Group, Entertainment One, Hewlett Packard, Halcyon, Atlas Entertainment, Shangri-La, Ealing Studios and the Dubai International Film Festival, as well as seeking new clients.
Anderson joins DDA on May 17 (and at Cannes) and will report directly to the board.
Anderson joins from global public relations agency Porter Novelli, where she worked with brands including Hewlett Packard, Carlsberg, and Gillette.
