Amorette Joneshas joined Latino entertainment and marketing outfit Arenas Entertainment asmarketing chief and will oversee all theatrical campaigns as well as advisingon the company's talent management concerns.

"Jones' trackrecord and sensibility proves that she can take a film project and deploy aneffective campaign across multiple platforms reaching a broad-based audience,"Arenas chief executive officer Santiago Pozo said in a statement.

"The Latino audienceis clearly the new frontier in the entertainment industry and it is extremelysatisfying to be at the marketing forefront with Arenas," Jones added.

She previouslyserved as executive vice president of worldwide marketing at Artisan Pictures,playing a key role in the campaigns for The Blair Witch Project, Buena VistaSocial Club, Requiem For A Dream and Step Into Liquid.

Arenas iscurrently readying a slate of releases that includes Mexican award-winner Nicotina starring Diego Luna, and the animated The3 Wise Men, which starsthe voice talents of Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez.
