David Bowie isexecutive producing a new music documentary about American rock muse ScottWalker called 30 Century Man.

The projectheads up the debut slate of UK production outfit Missing In Action Films, runby former marketing and distribution executive Mia Bays.

Bays is inCannes with a 10-minute promo of 30 Century Man: The Music Of Scott Walker, featuring interviews with Radiohead,Johnny Marr and Goldfrapp.

The documentaryis apparently the first to explore the life of cult singer Walker, who inspireda who's who of modern music, including Bowie. It is directed by StephenKijak, whose documentary credits include Cinemania.

Among thefurther projects Bays is developing is £4.6m The Sycamores, set to star Nathalie Press who wonacclaim for her role in My Summer Of Love.

Other projectson Missing In Action's slate include Joe Dante's The Man With KaldeidoscopeEyes, a fictionalisedaccount of Roger Corman's making of The Trip, co-produced by Los Angeles-basedElizabeth Stanley of Elizabeth Stanley Pictures.

Stanley and Baysare also co-developing the $3m Trafficking, cinematographer Barry Ackroyd'sdirectorial debut.
