Phase 4 Films has acquired all US rights from Mandalay Vision to Sundance premiere Another Happy Day starring Ellen Barkin, Demi Moore, Ezra Miller and Kate Bosworth.

The film chronicles a dysfunctional family wedding and was directed by Barry Levinson’s son Sam Levinson.

Barkin produced with Todd Traina, Johnny Lin, Michael Nardelli, Salli Newman, Pamela Fielder and former Mandalay Vision head Celine Rattray, who announced on Thursday [12] that she is leaving to set up Maven Pictures with Trudie Styler.

Phase 4 brokered the deal with Mandalay Vision and CAA on behalf of the filmmakers and plans an autumn release.
