Eight films have been shortlisted for the documentary short subject Oscar by the Academy Of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. Three to five will make the final nominations shortlist announced on Jan 22 next year.
Voters from the Academy's documentary branch viewed this year's 31 eligible contenders and submitted their ballots to PricewaterhouseCoopers for tabulation.
