Lunder arrives from Landscape Entertainment where she served as president of production and will report to president of production Aaron Ryder.

The hire comes as FilmNation’s production arm, currently in post on The Raven and House At The End Of The Street, looks to expand its slate to three to four films a year.

“As we grow our production business, Karen’s reputation, impeccable taste and relationships in the industry made her the natural choice for us,” Ryder said. “ She will no doubt bring a wealth of experience to the table, in addition to quality projects.”

Lunder also worked for Gil Netter Productions on the Fox lot and October Films. She will be based in FilmNation’s LA office.
