The Irish FilmBoard (IFB) has announced four senior appointments further to a recruitmentdrive launched in January.

Paula Mulroe is thenew Development Manager, Noemi Ferrer fills the newly created position ofDeputy Head of Production Investment, while Victoria Pope and Linda McEvoy havebeen named Policy Executive and Business Executive, respectively.

Mulroe willsupervise content development at the agency, including draft-by-draft and slatedevelopment, starting in mid-June.

Ferrer will take upher position in late June, reporting to Brendan MacCarthy, Head of Production& Development at IFB, and to CEO Mark Woods. Ferrer will manage assignedmovies, drama, documentary, animations and short films from pre-applicationstage, to liaison with co-financers, and supervising the projects through theproduction process.

Pope joins IFB asPolicy Executive a post combining the policy, strategy and research rolescommonly found in other national film agencies.

McEvoy will joinIFB in July as Business Executive. Reporting to the Head of Business Affairs,McEvoy will assist with the agency's contracting of its content investments andmonitoring contractual compliance.
