Jeff Coleman has beenpromoted to executive vice president - worldwide feature physicalproduction - for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's film units MGM Pictures andUnited Artists. He will report jointly to Michael Nathson, president and COO ofMGM Pictures, and Bingham Ray, president of United Artists.

Coleman will oversee all aspectsof production from inception through post-production for the companies. Amonghis upcoming projects are John Woo's Windtalkers, Scott Kalvert's Deuces Wild, comedy Barbershop with Ice Cube, actioner Crocodile Hunter:Collision Course, MattDillon's City Of Ghosts andthe 20th Bond movie Die Another Day.

He most recently served assenior vice president - production, for MGM, a role he stepped into in1997 after being vice president - production for three years. Prior toMGM, Coleman spent 16 years at Paramount Pictures where he was finally vicepresident of feature production administration.
