Odd Lot Entertainment has bulked up its executive suite, hiring Keith Kauffman as senior vice president of business and legal affairs, Andrew Boyd as director of marketing and publicity, Yvette Pereira as manager of accounting, and Shirley Kim as manager of international business affairs.

Natalya Petrosova, formerly vice president of finance, has been promoted to senior vice president of finance, while vice president of development and acquisitions Eryl Woodlief will work on projects for Odd Lot International in an expanded role. Chris Ranta has been promoted to manager of physical production.

Kauffman arrives from First Look, where he served as vice president of business and legal affairs. Boyd comes from Mandate Pictures and will handle marketing and publicity for both Odd Lot Entertainment and Odd Lot International.

Pereira formerly served at Fidelity Investments in revenue accounting, and Kim previously worked for the entertainment law firm Mark Litwak & Associates.

'The addition of Keith, Andrew, Yvette and Shirley to our team, and the expanded roles of Natalya, Eryl and Chris, represents a key step in the evolution of our company,' Odd Lot principal Deborah Del Prete said.

'This is a significant time for our continued growth and their combined talents will support the vision of Odd Lot Entertainment not only to make great films, but also to build an environment that supports and nurtures distinctive and compelling films and film-makers.'

The company is preparing the comic book adaptation The Spirit starring Samuel L Jackson and Gabriel Macht.
