UK distributor Momentum Pictures is restructuring its home entertainment, TV and new media departments. The restructuring was announced by Xavier Marchand, president of international distribution at parent company Alliance Films.

Ken McMahon has been named head of home entertainment, and Kristin Ryan will act as marketing manager home entertainment while Louisa Mitchell is on maternity leave.

McMahon had been VP of home entertainment.

Peter Dutton has been named to the newly created position SVP TV and new media, he had been heading home entertainment.

Sam Nicholls, who will continue to head the theatrical division, will also take the lead for all marketing and publicity.

Marchand said: 'These key changes within our top level management will enable us to optimise our resources across all distribution channels and continue to leverage our expertise in an exciting and ever changing marketplace.'

Further staffing announcements are expected at Momentum in coming weeks.
