UIP has appointed EricaMotley as vice president of acquisitions.

Aformer head of Film for Elisabeth Murdoch's production company Shine, Motley takes over fromNuala OHalloran, who is returning to Australia.

TheUS-born andeducatedexecutive, whose was most recently managing director of Ice Productions, took up this post thismonth.
