Mubi has acquired global rights excluding North America on Paul Thomas Anderson’s concert film Cameron Winter At Carnegie Hall.
The film will have its world premiere at New York Film Festival on October 1, before a UK premiere at the BFI London Film Festival.
It will land on Mubi’s streaming platform in 2027, with further release plans to follow.
Cameron Winter At Carnegie Hall shows a sold-out solo performance from US musician Winter at New York City venue Carnegie Hall in December 2025. Winter, who is frontman of indie band Geese, accompanied himself on a Steinway grand piano.
It is produced by Benny Safdie, who was camera operator on the production, and Sara Murphy, Erica Forman and Maggie Ambrose.
Janus Films and Criterion will release the film in North America. It is Anderson’s first feature film since winning the Oscar for best picture, for One Battle After Another.
