Nicola Pearcey, former president of UK & Europe at Lionsgate and CEO of UK media consultancy Picnik Entertainment, has joined UK production services provider Facilities by ADF as CEO.

Facilities by ADF has provided facilities for productions including Netflix series The Gentlemen, The Witcher, and The Crown, Apple TV’s Slow Horses and Ted Lasso, and Severn Screen-produced Welsh film Mr Burton.

Pearcey takes over from Marsden Proctor, who stepped down in July.

Through her work at Picnik Entertainment, Pearcey has executive producer credits on features Madfabulous and The Almond And The Seahorse, and will continue to support Picnik Entertainment in an advisory role. She has also previously held positions at Walt Disney Company and MGM Pictures.

“Her deep industry knowledge, proven leadership, and first-hand experience of building successful businesses make her the ideal person to lead our next phase of growth,” said Russell Down, executive chairman of ADF.

Pearcey added: “I’m looking forward to working closely with the team and our customers to continue building and strengthening the Group’s capabilities and impact across the industry and beyond.”
