CAA literary agent Matt Rosen, manager Jeff Silver, and producer Brian Kavanaugh-Jones have formed the management company Grandview.
The company will manage writers, filmmakers, and television producers, focusing on high-end commercial fare, stretching across all genres and mediums.
Rosen and Silver will run the management side, while Kavanaugh-Jones will advise clients on production and packaging and continue to produce through the Automatik label.
Grandview will launch in June.

The festival is hosting the EFA nominations announcement on November 18.
The long-running festival in Goa is held this year from November 20-28
