Adelaide Clemens and Kit Harington have been cast as the leads in the horror sequel, which started shooting in Toronto today [Mar 7].

Davis Films’ Samuel Hadida and Don Carmody are producing and recently collaborated on the international smash Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D after working together on Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Silent Hill.

Clemens will next be seen in such films as Mad Max: Fury Road and Generation Um… and her credits include X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Wasted On The Young. Harington stars in HBO’s upcoming series Game Of Thrones.

Michael J. Bassett is directing and Lionsgate handles international sales. The story follows a fugitive girl on the run from dangerous forces.
