On the third day of theAsian Film Market, Cineclick Asia has announced a raft of sales to France's Wild Side Films and Thailand's J-bics.

Wild Side has picked upFrench-speaking rights to upcoming horror film Hanzel And Gretel to be directed by Yim Pil-sung (Antarctic Journal).

The film hypothesises whathappens to the two children of the eponymous fairytale after they kill thewitch in the story. Three kids live in a picturesque fairytale house asvisitors fall victim to them. The film starts shooting in early 2007 forrelease in summer 2007.

Wild Side has alsopre-bought Jane Shin's zombie horror Mommy'sRisen (tentative title), a horror film about a dead mother who comes backto take care of her orphaned children. The film is set to go into production andbe released in 2007. Bluestorm and Cineclick are co-producing.

Thailand's J-bics has picked up a package of Kim Tae-yong'squirky family drama Family Ties; melodrama Love MeNot, starring Moon Geun-young, and San Sebastian entry The OldGarden by Im Sang-soo (ThePresident's Last Bang).

The Old Garden and Love Me Not are to maketheir market premieres at the upcoming American Film Market, along with LeeYoon-ki's Ad Lib Night, which iscurrently screening in the Pusan International Film Festival.
