Rogue Pictures will handlethe North American release of Fearless,which Jet Li has said will be his final martial arts picture, following itsmighty international launch in Asia last weekend.

Ronny Yu directed theaccount of martial arts legend Huo Yuanjia's rise to fame and power inturn-of-the-century China. Veteran filmmaker Bill Kong produced.

Li's credits include Hero, Once Upon A Time In China, Fong Sai Yuk, Fist Of Legend and The One,among others.

"We're truly delighted to beworking with this dynamic team of Jet, Bill, Ronny, and [action choreographer] Wo Ping, whom we've collaborated with before separately butnever all together until now," said David Linde and James Schamus, co-chiefs ofRogue parent company Focus Features.

Rogue released the Jet Lipicture Unleashed [aka Danny The Dog]in North America in May 2005.

Fearless grossedapproximately $7.5m when it opened over the Chinese New Year holiday lastweekend in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The results outpaced theopening weekend in the same territories of such hits as Hero, House Of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
